As you all know, Maple Class have been learning all about different types of poetry over the last 2 weeks.
This week was important for Miss Taylor so the whole school decided to write her some special poems to celebrate and because we know they are her absolute favourite type of writing!
Year 1 decided to write Acrostic Poems all about Miss Taylor and we think you will be very impressed!
Mrs Thurman and Miss Humphries were only allowed to choose 5 poems to send to Miss Taylor who then chose an eventual winner!
We were extremely proud of our poems and how we used all our own phonemes to write our amazing poems!
