Willow class have had another fabulous week and have loved getting outside to enjoy the warmer weather! They really have been living life in all its fullness in the glorious spring sunshine.
In Reception, we focus on fine and gross motor skills. Every day there are fine motor activities available in the provision such as using scissors, tweezers, small scoopers and mark making tools. We also provide daily opportunities for using gross motor skills such as using the bikes or scooters, negotiating small obstacle courses, moving in different ways to music and showing off our balances.
In addition to this, we have weekly PE lessons with either 'coach Alice' or 'coach Ben'. During these sessions the children learn new games, skills and always have lots of fun!
