Reading in Willow Class

The children in Willow class have made amazing progress with their reading! A big part of this is due to the amazing reading at home. We have already filled our reading jar and now we are close to completing it for a second time! Thank you to everyone reading at home, it makes a huge difference. 

The children also love to listen to stories. This helps develop their imagination and develop a love of reading. They have enjoyed this weeks story in English, 'The very hungry Caterpillar,' which is one of Miss Winfield's favourite stories. They especially love when they can go and visit the library to listen to some stories and sing songs.
