In Year 2, phase 6 phonics is based around spelling rules. Part of this involves writing dictated sentences containing Common Exception Words (words that do not follow the spelling the rules). Here you can see an excellent example of one of amazing children showing life in its all fullness by getting all of her spellings correct and writing them in the most beautiful handwriting too 💜
