Due to the warm weather and hot temperatures in school in the afternoon we will close to ALL pupils at 1pm on Thursday. Children are able to wear their PE kit everyday this week.
This week we have started our new topic 'What is the Bible about?'
We have discussed what a Bible is and what stories we might find inside. We shared the stories we already know and began to look at new stories too. We have a whole class favourite so far which is Jonah and the Whale although today's story of David and Goliath proved a fond favourite too.
We have also shared our new 'BIG Question' this week.
'If God hears our prayers, why don't we get what we ask for?'
We understand that somethings we need and some things we do not. These are all decisions God makes for us.
