In Evergreen class, we have been 'Living Life In All It's Fullness' within our English lessons all year. We enjoy listening to and retelling our interesting and exciting stories, and searching for lost wolves! We have been practicing our roleplaying skills, and also using our Oracy skills to 'become' the character. Alongside this, we have been working hard to develop our 'writers voice' to include exciting and interesting adjectives in our work. We are also developing our editing skills to correct any spelling or punctuation errors.
We have had some lessons where we have had to find clues for our new text inside a bowl of baked beans and videos from the Police. We have made sandwiches and wrote clear instructions about how we did it. We practice our writing whenever we can and even get to write outside when the weather is nice!
