Writing in Willow Class

Willow class have been living life in all its fullness this week by showing off how grown up they are! Having spent Wednesday in Year One for transition, they came back to Reception ready to do some writing about our story 'Aaaarrgghh, spider!' by Lydia Monks. Our whole class writing sessions mean the children have to use their phonics, handwriting and tricky word knowledge independently. We are super impressed with the writing they are producing. Some children also added a sentence about what animal they would like as a pet. We also drew a picture of and wrote about our own pet spiders, which thankfully were imaginary!! Well done Willow class!
