Over the last couple of weeks in Nursery we have been thinking about ‘celebrations’ and why we have them. The children have enjoyed talking about celebrations that are important to them; like their birthdays and Christmas. We have also learnt about how some families celebrate different things to others. Thank you to every parent who filled in the celebration form, its been lovely to learn about what is important to you all. When asked what the best part of any celebration was, the children all said ‘cake’!
We have also continued our story ‘We’re going on a Bear Hunt’ this week. They have created story maps and played bear hide and seek! We love to hear the children retelling the story, well done Nursery you really are living life in all its fullness.
